Concerned about anti-social behaviour?

Everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable in their home. If you're experiencing anti-social behaviour (ASB), it's important to report it so that the right support can be put in place. Anchor takes all reports seriously and will investigate concerns fairly and confidentially.

ASB can include ongoing noise nuisance, harassment, intimidation, verbal abuse, criminal activity, vandalism, problems caused by pets, or other behaviour that causes distress or annoyance to neighbours. 

How to report anti-social behaviour to Anchor

You can report ASB in several ways:

1. Online: Complete our online form to report community safety concerns   
2. Location manager: You can also report to your location manager in person, over the phone, by email, or by letter
3. Email: Send an email to [email protected] with "ASB" in the subject line. Your report will be assessed by the Customer Experience Hub and forwarded to the most appropriate member of staff
4. Phone: Call 0800 731 2020

Once a report is made, Anchor will assess the information provided, investigate the issue and keep you informed about what is happening. Depending on the circumstances, we may work with the police, local authority or other partner organisations to help resolve the problem. 

To help us investigate, it can be useful to provide details such as what happened, when it happened, who was involved and how it has affected you. Any information you can provide helps us understand the situation and decide on the most appropriate action.

It’s important to know the difference between anti-social behaviour (ASB) and a complaint. ASB is when you want us to investigate a problem that is affecting your peace, safety or wellbeing. A complaint is when you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your report or the service we’ve provided.
