A quick reminder about your repair appointments

We know that our repairs service needs to improve in some areas, and we are continuing to work on making the experience better for residents.

If you have been given an appointment for a repair, please make sure you are available to provide access at the agreed time and date. Keeping appointments helps us complete repairs quicker and means appointment slots can be used effectively.

We understand that plans can change and if you are no longer able to make your appointment, please let your location manager or the Customer Experience Hub know as soon as possible, so the appointment can be rearranged. You can contact the Customer Experience Hub on 0800 731 2020 between 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday, and 8am - 4pm on Saturday.
