Need a little help with your shopping?
There are different ways to get extra support with your shopping, whether you would like some assistance in store or would prefer to order to your location.

Shopping at Sainsbury’s with support
If you would like to shop in person but need some additional help, colleagues at Sainbury’s can help you shop. Assistance is also available at the checkout with unloading your trolley or packing your shopping, and colleagues can help take your shopping out to the car park.
Sainsbury's Assisted Shopping service
If you are unable to shop in store or place an order online, you can contact Sainbury’s dedicated telephone ordering service.
Call 0800 917 8557, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and select option one to place an order.
A member of the team can help you place your grocery order over the phone. A minimum order value of £25 applies.
Morrisons Doorstep Deliveries
Morrisons also offers a Doorstep Deliveries service for customers who would prefer to order via telephone.
Call 0345 611 6111 and select option 3 to say what you’d like to order and then select either:
- Option one to place an order
- Or option two to update your card details
The Doorstep Deliveries line is open from 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
A minimum order of £25 applies. Morrisons also charges a £5 processing and administration fee for new orders placed over the phone (this admin fee doesn’t apply to online orders).
