How will the feedback be used?

The feedback gathered from residents will be shared with our Board and considered alongside feedback from colleagues as future plans for the organisation are developed. 

By getting involved, you can influence the conversation from the very beginning. You can help ensure future decisions reflect the experiences and priorities of the people who live in our communities.

What’s happened so far?

Earlier this summer, members of the Residents' Council and other involved residents took part in a special workshop designed to gather their views and experiences. 

The session gave residents the chance to talk about what Anchor does well, such as our long history and experience, as well as what we could improve, such as long complaint response times. The group also explored how external changes, like developments in housing, technology and wider society, could influence the future.

To bring the discussion to life, a professional illustrator joined the workshop and captured residents' ideas in real time through live drawings (elements of the illustration are dotted around this page).
