Weekend fun in Hampshire at Meadow Court car show

Anchor Hanover welcomed local Hampshire residents for a fun day out at their classic car event on Saturday 31st July, at their retirement development Meadow Court in Sarisbury Green, Hampshire.

Throughout the afternoon over 150 attendees were able to enjoy viewing of a selection of classic cars on show, ranging from vintage cars from 1923 through to newer 2000s models. Specialists from  South Hants Vehicle Preservation Society and Locks Heath Classic Car Club were also on hand to provide more information on the cars on display which included a Siddeley Special Six Hooper Limousine, a 1952  Mg YB Saloon, supercar Aston Martin and a Mustang amongst many more.

Guests enjoyed complimentary afternoon teas, ice cream and authentic ales and prosecco from Southampton based The Tasty Teapot and The Gate Craft Bar. A number of visitors were also able to safely explore the lifestyle on offer at Meadow Court with the collection of beautiful one- and two-bedroom independent living homes and state-of-the-art facilities including a hair and beauty salon, café, and shop through one-to-one appointments.
