Turn your ideas into reality with an Anchor Community Grant
Our Community Grants help residents live well, stay connected and flourish. Whether you want to start a new club or improve a shared space, you can apply for up to £3,500 per year to bring your project to life.
What can we fund?
Your project should focus on one of these three areas:
- Getting active and connected: Events or activities that bring people together, like garden improvements, dance classes or digital skills training
- Increasing involvement: Projects that make your location more accessible for everyone, such as installing hearing loops or translating materials
- Living well and learning: Improving your environment or starting a hobby group, such as building raised garden beds, sensory gardens or a community book club.
Residents and colleagues are encouraged to team up and submit an application. Our panel of residents, who help decide where the funding goes, will meet in April 2026 to review ideas that best improve quality of life at our locations.
Ready to start? Speak with your neighbours today to brainstorm a project that will help your community shine!
- Applications open: 17 February 2026
- Application deadline: 17 March 2026
