What we’re already changing

• Using clearer and more accessible language in letters, posters and other communications
• Providing reasonable adjustments to services for individuals where needed
• Investing in targeted projects to support residents’ digital wellbeing

What happens next

• New residents will be asked for this information when they move in
• Existing residents may be asked from time to time to check their details, so our records stay accurate

All information is stored securely and is only used to support residents and improve our services, in line with data protection laws.
