Thank you to everyone who recently spoke with our colleagues or completed the short survey about your personal details and needs. 
With your support, we heard from almost all our residents. This is a fantastic response and means we now have clear, up‑to‑date information.
Why this information matters
The information you shared helps us to better understand who lives in our communities and how we can support you. This includes:
- Making sure we can contact you easily
- Understanding how you prefer to receive information
- Identifying any support needs or reasonable adjustments that could improve your experience of our services
What we’re already changing
Because of what you told us, we’re already making improvements. These include:
- Using clearer and more accessible language in letters, posters and other communications
- Providing reasonable adjustments to services for individuals where needed
- Investing in targeted projects to support residents’ digital wellbeing
What happens next
- New residents will be asked for this information when they move in
- Existing residents may be asked from time to time to check their details, so our records stay accurate
