Local care home recognised in carehome.co.uk Top 20 Awards for 2023

Anchor’s Millfield care home in Oldham has been recognised as one of the Top 20 care homes in the North West by a national care website. 

The carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards are based on reviews over the last two years from care home residents as well as their family and friends. Millfield care home has a rating of 10 out of 10 on the website and has received praise for the quality of care and dedication of the staff. 

Linda Green, Anchor’s Director of Care Services North, welcomed the announcement and praised the commitment and hard work of the team at Anchor’s Millfield care home. She said:

I’m delighted for our colleagues at Millfield care home. The award is a testament to their dedication and the outstanding care they provide to residents. They are a credit to Anchor and the care sector. 

Alison Corley, Manager of Anchor’s Millfield care home, was also thrilled by the news.
