Resident community support survey results are in
Thank you to all residents who took the time to complete our recent community survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and make Anchor an even better place to live. We received over 800 responses from residents, providing us with valuable insights on key topics.

When broken down, the top five were:
- Scam awareness
- Healthcare services, including GP appointments and health checks
- Exercise classes
- Benefit advice
- Transportation services

You said, we did
Based on your feedback, we are taking the following actions:
- Newsletter Bulletins – we will regularly share information on the main topics that were raised in your newsletter.
- We will work in partnership with our Be Well team and introduce more of these themes in our Virtual Coffee mornings.
- We will work with your Location Managers to ensure that they have the resources available to signpost you to the correct service providers.
