We encourage residents to help shape and improve our services through the resident involvement groups.
Below are some of the recent actions and improvements driven by two groups.
Scrutiny Panel update
The Panel is reviewing communications, including both the regular newsletter and Life magazine. They will shortly be surveying the Resident Voice Panel for feedback to improve future issues. If you’re interested in providing feedback or getting involved, use the contact form here or ask your location manager for a form.
Residents’ Council update
The Council recently met in person with the Anchor board to discuss key issues, including the new repairs and planned works contracts. The board will respond to these at the next Council meeting on Thursday 10 July. Recently, members helped recruit the Executive Director of Property and Assets, who has just started this month.
New resident Non-Executive Director
Our involvement groups are helping residents have their say, make their voices heard, strengthening links with the board and helping shape services offered. To further ensure the resident voice is heard at the highest level, we have been recruiting for a resident Non-Executive Director (applications now closed).
