Sarah joined Anchor as Finance Director in September 2014 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in August 2022. As CEO, Sarah is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Organisation and the overall performance of the Executive Team.
Sarah is a Non-Executive Director, Chair of Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Governance, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Chelmer Housing Partnership, a charitable housing association.
She has held a variety of senior finance roles across large corporate and private equity businesses.
Sarah is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting.
Amanda joined Anchor in February 2023 and joined the Anchor Board in May 2023.
As CFO, she is accountable for ensuring that Anchor is a financially sustainable organisation with the resources needed to meet its commitments to existing customers, deliver value for money to all stakeholders, to finance the development of new services and manage risk.
Amanda has worked in the housing sector for ten years, first as Deputy Finance Director at Family Mosaic and then as Director, Finance Services at Peabody. Prior to joining Anchor she was CFO of Southern Housing Group. Amanda also has more than 20 years’ financial and commercial experience in a range of sectors including financial services, technology and retail asset management.
Amanda is a Board Trustee and the Chair of Audit and Risk Committee at Centrepoint, a youth homelessness charity.
Amanda is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Jeremy joined Anchor in January 2025.
He has 20 years' senior leadership experience within the housing sector, working in large complex national organisations through to smaller providers. He has led the development and implementation of asset strategy, compliance management, building safety and customer focused response maintenance services. He has devised, procured and managed the delivery of significant investment programmes and is an experienced leader of significant programmes of change.
For the last five years Jeremy has worked with several organisations providing interim leadership and strategic consultancy support delivering transformation and change, reviewing and improving services and developing and implementing strategy.
Julia Mixter joined Anchor in May 2024 from Raven Housing Trust. As Director of Transformation at Raven, she led an award-winning multi-year business transformation programme to improve services to customers, drive value for money and reduce operational risk and waste.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior Human Resources roles, she was previously the Director of Human Resources at the Royal Automobile Club.
Julia has also served as the Director of People and Operations at The Children’s Trust, a medical charity, and as a Senior HRBP at Transport for London. In addition to her professional roles, she volunteers as a Trustee for the Royal School of Church Music.
She holds a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management, and is FCIPD qualified.
Oliver Boundy joined Anchor in 2022 and is responsible for the development and sales programme across the full range of Anchor’s housing and care services.
He spent almost six years at Southern Housing Group, where he was Executive Director Development & Growth responsible for a significant development and sales programme and strategic partnerships with Homes England and the Greater London Authority.
He began his career working on the Edmonton Green Regeneration Project before joining the Development Team at Metropolitan where he held various positions over 10 years. In 2014, Oliver became Assistant Development Director at Origin Housing where he oversaw the expansion of the company’s development programme and supported the organisation into becoming a key partner in the Heart of Harrow Housing Zone.
Rob Martin has been part of the senior leadership team since 2013 and is responsible for all registered care services. He is the “Nominated Individual” with the Care Quality Commission.
Rob is also a Board Member with the National Care Forum and a former Non-Executive Director for Churchlake Care LLP where he has developed his board level experience since 2018. Rob has built his experience in the social care sector since 2001, one of his first roles in social care was as a Registered Manager in the North-West of England. After leaving school, Rob served with 40 Regiment in the Royal Artillery for almost seven years, where he developed many of the skills that he continues to apply today in a high-pressure role.
Rob has also undertaken the Top Manager Programme with The King’s Fund; the programme has a 30-year history of developing senior leaders within Health and Social Care.
Suki Jandu joined Anchor in November 2021 as Executive Director, Housing Services and is responsible for rented and homeownership housing services, including extra care.
He also oversees the customer contact centre and the services provided by Anchor On Call. He has significant experience in the housing sector and was formerly Group Executive Director of Customer Experience and Assets at Futures Housing Group. He is also a Group Audit Committee Member at Riverside.
Prior to joining Futures Housing Group, he was Director of Housing Services for Clarion Housing Group’s central region, where he led teams delivering services to 23,000 mixed tenure homes, and strategic development of the region. He is also a former Board member of St Ledger Homes.
