Find your flow with Be Active
Upgrade your fitness journey from the comfort of your home, with our Be Active programme.
Be Active is a carefully curated health and wellbeing programme that has been designed to enhance your health, fitness and general wellbeing.
Created to suit all levels, our range of engaging activities and resources include expertly crafted on-demand exercise videos, informative fitness podcasts and four live virtual sessions each week, giving you the chance to connect and move with like-minded residents.
Whether you’re looking to begin a new wellness routine or elevate your current practice, our sessions are tailored to inspire and encourage you. For those who prefer offline access, we also provide fitness DVDs, so that you have the flexibility to enjoy workouts at your own pace.

Without these classes, I would feel lost, as I now recognise my muscles, posture and core are strengthening, and these can be easily lost with age. Exercise is so valuable to your health and social wellbeing and gives you a purpose in your day.
