Emilia Prosniewska shares her career journey at Anchor so far
Emilia started at Anchor as a Night Team Leader and has progressed to Deputy Manager. In her blog, she shares the learning and development she has undertaken to achieve her current role.
The route to my current role
I spent 5.5 years as a Night Team Leader at Anchor, continuously learning and growing. When I was accepted into the Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care apprenticeship course, I was thrilled.
When the Deputy Manager position opened, I applied, hopeful that my dedication and hard work would be recognised. I was overjoyed to be selected, a testament to the support from my manager, tutor, and team. Completing my Level 4 qualification has been a milestone, equipping me with valuable knowledge that positively impacts residents' lives.
