Willow Gardens care home passes the 'mum test'

Customer Relations Manager at Willow Gardens care home in Yateley, Suzanne Steed, is so confident with the quality of care which is provided at Willow Gardens that she has moved her own relative in – it certainly passes the 'mum test'. 

Mrs Walters, Suzanne's Nana, fell and broke her hip in February whilst staying with family in Bulgaria, so has come for a convalescent stay at the home.

95-year-old Mrs Walters says: “Everyone is so kind and friendly, the food is wonderful and I feel safe and very well cared for."

The services of the on-site physio have been invaluable, as well as using the hair salon within the same building and frequent visits to the Bistro with visiting family members have been a real boost.

She has loved it so much that she says she will be back again if family go on holiday and may even make it a permanent move next time!
