The gardens
West Hall care home is situated in the stunning surroundings of the Surrey greenbelt, and offers extensive landscaped gardens and wonderful, uplifting views.
Mature trees, including England’s oldest plane tree, stand in the manicured lawns of our grounds, which back onto the National Trust managed River Wey Navigations, offering residents diverse flora and fauna to enjoy. The beautiful natural setting of West Hall is complimented by a croquet and bowls lawn, colourful flower-beds, water features and allotments for gardening enthusiasts.
The grounds of our home are designed to be fully accessible to all residents. The circular layout of the residential buildings around the Manor House and well-lit, meandering pathways ensure there are no dead ends and our grounds are easy and safe to walk around. We’ve also included rest areas all around the buildings and pathways offering plenty of opportunities to take a seat as needed or simply enjoy the great outdoors with friends.
Communal buggy transport is also available across the site along with a shared charging area for personal mobility scooters.
In addition, all of our residents are able to enjoy the inspiring grounds and gardens from their individual bedrooms with each offering either a secure balcony or a small patio area.
