Anchor’s Be Well 360 service reaches final of Property Week’s RESI Awards 2024

We’re pleased to announce that our Be Well 360 service has been shortlisted for the Property Week’s RESI Awards 2024 final in the Health and Wellbeing Initiative – Residential category.

Our Be Well 360 service is available in our new developments and is an inclusive and holistic programme that supports residents to live a healthy, active, and connected lifestyle. Residents will be supported by wellbeing advisors who will work with them to develop a realistic action plan to help achieve their goals. 

Speaking about being shortlisted for the Property Week RESI Awards 2024 final, Wellbeing Development Manager Brett Jenkins said:

I am delighted that our Be Well 360 service is a finalist in Property Week’s RESI awards. Our new developments are designed to meet the needs of older people and Be Well 360 complements that greatly. I’d also like to take the opportunity to say a big well done to all the advisors who deliver the service at our new developments.

Sue Swindell started the Be Well 360 programme when she moved into Anchor’s The Standard in April 2023. Describing her experience, she said:

Not only have I lost weight and feel much fitter, but I’ve been feeling a lot better about myself in general. I’d recommend the Be Well 360 service to anyone around my age, especially if they are struggling with feeling down and depressed like I was.

The final will be held on 1 May 2024 to celebrate the innovative achievements in the residential property sector. Last year, our Be Well 360 service won Best Health and Wellbeing Service of the Year at the Health Investor Seniors Housing Awards 2023.
