Christmas and New Year opening times

Anchor's Customer Experience Hub and Customer Relations teams will be available during the holidays as follows:

• Wednesday 24 December – 8am – 6pm
• Thursday 25 December – Closed
• Friday 26 December – Closed
• Saturday 27 December – 8am - 4pm
• Sunday 28 December – Closed
• Monday 29 December  –   8am – 6pm
• Tuesday 30 December –   8am – 6pm
• Wednesday 31 December – 8am – 6pm
• Thursday 1 January  – Closed
• Friday 2 January  – 8am - 6pm

Open as normal from Friday 2 January 2026.

The team that looks after Anchor's social media will also be celebrating the holidays and will be unable to answer messages between the 25 - 26 December and 1 January.

As ever, our Anchor on Call emergency alarm system remains accessible to all customers 24-hours a day. If you require emergency assistance please don't hesitate to use your pull cord or personal alarm pendant.
