Residents spread the love and show appreciation for each other
Residents at Luke Lade Court in Hailsham create communal appreciation board.
Residents and colleagues at Luke Lade Court recently came up with an innovative way to show their appreciation for each other. Many who live at the estate in Hailsham are single occupants who value the friendly sense of community they share, and this Valentine’s Day they decided to leave notes of appreciation for one another on a pinboard in the main lobby.
The notes are left anonymously and share things residents living at the location appreciate about their neighbours, from small acts of kindness to how people are willing to help one another.
Residents have decided to keep the board up year-round for everyone to enjoy reading and add to.
Our housing locations have vibrant communities, and we encourage neighbourliness. This initiative at Luke Lade Court demonstrates a friendly community where residents share an appreciation for each other.
