The Mill House wins special award for design

The Mill House in Skipton has won the Development of the Year Award at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2023. 

The Mill House, a Hadrian Healthcare Development, was constructed by Walter Thompson who submitted it for the award. We have recently taken the keys to the new home, which comes with state-of-the-art care facilities and luxury amenities including an in-house hair and beauty salon, a fully equipped café bar and beautiful terraced gardens.

The home has several energy efficiency features, including solar panels and a combined heat and power system that will provide consistent underfloor heating and hot water where necessary while producing 15 percent fewer carbon emissions than a standard heating system.
