The Dials in Hinckley reaches completion

The final phase at our new development, The Dials in Hinckley, has officially reached completion. 

The development of 57 affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments for people over 55 will deliver a mix of affordable rented and shared ownership apartments. Residents will also be able to take advantage of an onsite beauty salon, café, landscaped gardens and seated patio area as well as our award winning Be Well 360 programme offering a fresh and tailored approach to wellbeing.

The completion of The Dials marks an exciting step towards our target to provide 5,700 new homes in the next 10 years. The development offers the best of independent living while offering residents the opportunity to be part of an open, inviting, and warm community. We’re looking forward to welcoming our new residents to their homes where they can love living in later life.

We will begin welcoming residents to the development in August. This is the third handover of four initial developments in partnership with McCarthy Stone and contributes towards a key part of our Business Plan to provide more and better homes where people love living in later life. The development was built with funding support from Homes England and the affordable rent apartments will be let in partnership with Hinckley & Bosworth Council.

Set within a peaceful environment yet located close to Hinkley Town Centre, The Dials will offer residents the opportunity to enjoy everything the town has to offer including health, sport and retail amenities with a hospital and Hinckley Leisure Park just 10 minutes away. Residents can also benefit from easy transport links to Leicester, Coventry, Birmingham, and Northampton.
