Anchor's Customer Centre and Customer Relations teams will be available during the holidays as follows:

• Thursday 23 December – 8am – 6pm
• Friday 24 December – 8am – 4pm
• Saturday 25 December – Closed
• Sunday 26 December – Closed
• Monday 27 December – Closed
• Tuesday 28 December – Closed
• Wednesday 29 December – 8am – 6pm
• Thursday 30 December – 8am – 6pm
• Friday 31 December – 8am – 4pm
• Saturday 1 January – Closed
• Sunday 2 January – Closed
• Monday 3 January – Closed
• Tuesday 4 January – 8am – 6pm

Open as normal from Tuesday 4 January 2022.

The team that looks after Anchor's social media will also be celebrating the holidays but will continue to reply to urgent comments.

As ever, our Anchor on Call emergency alarm system remains accessible to all customers 24-hours a day. If you require emergency assistance please don't hesitate to use your pull cord or personal alarm pendant.
