Appointment of Damien Régent as Non-Executive Director and Retirement of Mike Green as Non-Executive Director

Damien Régent will be joining Anchor's Board as a Non-Executive Director from 1 July 2026, it was announced today.

Damien has also been appointed as Chair of Anchor’s Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and will take up this role on 1 September when current NED and ARC Chair Mike Green retires from the Board.

An experienced Non-Executive Director, Damien holds board-level roles in various sectors, including social housing and NHS Foundation Trusts. He is a financial analyst by background with significant expertise in credit markets and financial institutions.

Damien said of his appointment:

Mike Green will be stepping down from the Board on 31 August 2026 at the end of his third, three-year term of office.
