At The Manor House Roundhay residential care home in Leeds, we are passionate about how we care for our residents.

Two people talkingOur dedicated staff provide all residents with exactly the right level of care and support to ensure you continue to enjoy maximum independence, knowing that all the help and assistance you could need is on hand within your luxurious new home.

Because each of us is unique, we encourage you to choose how your care is planned and delivered at The Manor House Roundhay. We work closely with you and your family to build a personal picture of your needs. Little things can make a big difference, so we always strive to understand what is important to you. We call it person-centred care because it’s built around you or your loved one. It’s there to help you settle into your new home with ease.

We appreciate the wide and varied aspects that contribute to our residents’ wellbeing. Our all-encompassing approach to residential care covers the physical needs of each resident, as well as ensuring our trained carers support their psychological and emotional wellbeing too.

We understand that moving into a care home is a big decision undertaken for many reasons. Some people may simply feel lonely and isolated and want to move into a community to make new friends and feel safe and secure. Others may be physically frail and no longer able to remain at home for safety reasons.

Our focus on personally tailored care enables us to support all residents to live a full life, feel truly at home at The Manor House and maintain their independence, whatever their needs.

All carers employed by Anchor are given intensive training and are required to complete NVQ qualifications and a range of in-house courses to assure you of the best possible care.

We recognise that people change over time, and so we regularly review how we support individual residents to ensure we keep our approach up to date with your needs and goals.

At The Manor House Roundhay we believe that through compassionate and considered care, we can ensure the move to live with us is a positive one - providing an opportunity to meet others, pursue interests and live life the way you wish.
