Wearable pendants provide the facility to call from anywhere in the home, ensuring residents have peace of mind to move around the home freely.
Sustainable living
The Manor House Rounday has been built with environmental considerations in mind and inline with Anchor's key sustainability commitments. The building has the highest possible Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) “A Rated”, while solar panels and combined Heat and Power units reduce CO2 emissions and energy use.
Our private gardens have been designed to be utilised as much as possible with the preservation of established trees and the introduction of native planting and hedging. Over time, this is intended to increase the ecological richness and biodiversity of the greater site.
