Anchor’s new developments open their doors to local community over Christmas period

We’ve been proud to launch a number of new developments over the last year, providing even more high quality homes across the country. This month they have all been hosting festive events and activities for the local community to enjoy. 

Attendees at the festive get togethers held at our new developments such as The Standard in Standish and The Dials in Hinckley could buy items from the homemade craft and gift stalls, enjoy refreshments such as mince pies and mulled wine, and listen to a live concert of talented carol singers. Visitors also had the opportunity to tour the locations and chat with existing residents about their experience of living in their stylish new homes.

Christmas is all about coming together to celebrate, and our event at The Standard was the perfect opportunity for us to mark the festive season with our local community. Community relations and friendships are important to us and our residents, so it was wonderful to be able to provide a moment for residents and families to get together and to see everyone getting into the festive spirit.

The events were also supported by our award-winning Be Well 360 service, an inclusive and holistic programme that supports residents to live a healthy, active and connected lifestyle.
