Anchor's Customer Experience Hub and Customer Relations teams will be available during the holidays as follows:

• Friday 22 December – 8am – 6pm
• Saturday 23 December – 8am – 4pm
• Sunday 24 December – Closed
• Monday 25 December – Closed
• Tuesday 26 December – Closed
• Wednesday 27 December – 8am – 6pm
• Thursday 28 December    8am – 6pm
• Friday 29 December    8am – 6pm
• Saturday 30 December – 8am – 4pm
• Sunday 31 December – Closed
• Monday 1 January – Closed
• Tuesday 2 January –​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​8am - 6pm

Open as normal from Tuesday 2 January 2024.

The team that looks after Anchor's social media will also be celebrating the holidays and will be unable to answer messages between the 24 - 26 December and 31 December - 1 January.

As ever, our Anchor on Call emergency alarm system remains accessible to all customers 24-hours a day. If you require emergency assistance please don't hesitate to use your pull cord or personal alarm pendant.
