Tenant and leaseholders’ rights to obtain financial information

During July, you will have received your year-end statements for 2025/26.

While we hope these provided the information residents need, those residents that pay a variable service charge have the legal right to ask for more information, escalate a query or even challenge their service charge.

With your year-end statement, you’ll have received an information sheet that tells you more about these rights.

Freehold residents and those who pay a fixed service charge do not have the same statutory rights. However, we will always support requests for further financial information.
