Marking the Coronation with a special garden party

St Clements Court in Waltham Abbey will be hosting a garden party on Friday 5 May to celebrate the King’s Coronation

Residents have been working together decorate the location and organise the event, which has put everyone in a celebratory mood. On Friday, residents and their families will get together and enjoy the event with refreshments and hopefully some sunshine. 

Scheme manager of St Clements Court, Doreen Adkins, said

I wanted to do this as it's a great opportunity to bring everyone living here together as we enjoy the Coronation. Residents have all worked together to put on a party that they will all enjoy. 

The garden party starts at 2:30pm on Friday 5 May and we hope residents and their families alike have a wonderful time!
