Residents' Council meeting (15 June 2026)
At the June Residents' Council meeting, updates were shared on Anchor's overall strategy, repairs improvements, regulatory compliance and housing services. There was also a focus on how to involve residents more effectively and improve communication.
Residents gave feedback on lease arrangements, value for money, and ways to strengthen involvement, such as promoting residents' associations.
Residents' Property, Safety and Quality Group update
The Residents' Property, Safety and Quality Group discussed health and safety, building compliance and performance across repairs and planned works. Updates highlighted progress on improving repairs services and contractor performance.
Residents also raised questions and shared concerns. Information was provided about new website pages to make safety information easier to access, along with changes to repairs processes and pricing.
