New insurance provider
From 1 July, our new Insurance provider is AXA. Your insurance cover will continue as normal, so there’s no action needed from you right now.
To streamline the process, from 1 July homeowners will make claims directly to AXA and will be able to do so by phone or email. Your location manager will share details of how to do this and we’ll add more information in next month’s newsletter. Claims will be settled directly with the homeowner too.
Residents have told us that high insurance costs are something they are worried about, so we’re pleased there is likely to be a reduction in your annual insurance premium from 1 July 2026. You can read more about this in the Notice of Proposal paperwork you were sent.
We’ll provide individual location premiums once the policy is in place and final premiums are made available by insurers. The policy excess is the same as the current insurance provider.
