Leaseholder and tenants’ rights to obtain financial information

Between 20 July and 17 August, we will send out your year-end statements for 2025/26.

Statements are sent in batches so not everyone will receive theirs at the same time. If you have any question about the distribution, please speak to your location manager.

While we hope these provide the information residents need, those residents that pay a variable service charge have the legal right to ask for more information, escalate a query or even challenge their service charge.

With your year-end statement, you’ll receive an information sheet that tells you more about these rights.

Freehold residents and those who pay a fixed service charge do not have the same statutory rights. However, we will always support requests for further financial information.
