Keeping you informed about energy

We’re aware recent global events, including the conflict in the Middle East, may potentially impact energy prices.

Where Anchor manages energy supplies (for example, communal heating systems and some individual electricity supplies), we typically purchase energy in advance and in bulk. This approach helps to reduce the effects of unexpected ups and downs in energy prices and provides a level of cost stability.

However, not all residents receive energy through Anchor-managed supplies. Some residents have their own direct contracts with energy suppliers, meaning prices may vary depending on individual arrangements.

We’re continuing to actively monitor the energy market and work closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure we are securing energy in the most cost-effective and responsible way possible.

We understand that any increase in living costs can be concerning. If you’re worried, our BeWise service can provide you with free and impartial advice, support and practical assistance to help you make the most of your money.
