This September, we’re running a survey to better understand our residents, helping us identify your needs and preferences. We’ll use these insights to improve your experience and make sure we’re providing great service. 

A random selection of residents will be invited to take part through telephone interview or email surveys. 

What you need to know: 

• Email invites will come from [email protected] and be titled: The Harris Poll UK, a Stagwell Company, on behalf of Anchor
• Telephone interviews will come from a separate partner company who will introduce themselves as ‘calling from PFA on behalf of Anchor’ and will begin with the area code of 01326
• The survey will ask you a broad range of questions about your daily life, such as internet use, mobility and mobile phone use
• The information collected will only be shared with us at Anchor
