Help improve Anchor services – join our Scrutiny Panel

The role of the Anchor resident Scrutiny Panel is to ask questions, review Anchor’s services and make recommendations for improvements that could benefit all residents.

They are currently looking to recruit members with a range of experiences and views.

Do you enjoy living with Anchor but feel some services could work better? Join our Scrutiny Panel and help shape real improvements for residents across Anchor.

As panel members, we act as critical friends - looking closely at a specific service, speaking with residents and making practical recommendations. Our previous reports have covered anti-social behaviour, repairs, complaints, mobility scooters, guest rooms, electric vehicle charging and more. Published reports are available here.

We’re currently reviewing how Anchor communicates with residents, with work on Life magazine and the website underway. Next, we’ll be looking at damp, mould and condensation, as well as the role of location managers.
