This section contains Anchor policies, information and guidance on how we will work with you to make sure your home and Anchor services meet your expectations and needs.

It will be clear on each page who the information is relevant to – usually residents living independently in rented or homeownership properties, but where you see "All residents" that means it is useful for care home residents and their loved ones too.
