At Wetherby Manor, our eight Independent Living apartments provide a high standard of accommodation, with care on hand as needed. The apartments all have easy access to the main facilities of the home, enabling you to benefit from exclusive services, whilst enjoying your own luxurious private space. 

Relax in comfort and style

Comprised of a living area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and bathroom, these contemporary furnished apartments are suitable for both individuals and couples.

With their own entranceway, stairs and private life, the apartments are located on the ground and first floors of our characterful building.

Those living in our apartments also have access to Wetherby Manor’s first-class communal facilities, including our in-house bar and private landscaped gardens, ensuring plenty of opportunities to meet like-minded neighbours. 

Your lifestyle, your choices 

Our main home supports an all-inclusive service to those residing in our apartments.

Our onsite catering team prepare freshly cooked, appetising and nutritionally balanced meals with a different seasonal choice every day. We will discuss any dietary requirements prior to you living with us and consult with you on a regular basis to ensure we understand your nutritional requirements and food preferences. You can choose to enjoy your meals in your apartment or in our designated restaurant with friends.

We will take care of your laundry and our fees include utilities and other household bills, so you can enjoy your leisure time.

Residents of our apartments are welcome into the main part of our home at any time to socialise, enjoy a drink and participate in activities as they wish. We have a daily, weekly and monthly activities programme, which is created based on our residents’ interests.

We’re here when you need us

Our carers are on hand to provide 24-hour peace of mind, as and when you need assistance. All care staff employed by Anchor are provided with ongoing training and are required to complete a range of in-house courses to assure you of the best possible care.

We can also assist in arranging additional services, such as hairdressing and chiropody, as and when these are needed.

You can also rest assured that, should your circumstances change, we can accommodate different care needs at Wetherby Manor. In addition to our Independent Living apartments, we provide first-class residential, residential dementia care and nursing care in the care home and can continue to support you.
