Our Be Well 360 service at Pemberley Place is an inclusive and holistic programme that supports people to live a healthy, active and connected lifestyle. Our approach is simple, flexible and personalised, and is about so much more than health and fitness.

Be Well 360 promotes and enhances quality of life by;

• Identifying individual needs and creating a plan
• Offering the knowledge, tools and opportunities to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing
• Serving as a community focal point and creating opportunities for people to connect with one another.

Whether you want to feel fitter, increase your energy, improve your mobility, balance and confidence, or enjoy better sleep and feel less stressed, your dedicated and professional wellbeing advisor will work with you to develop a realistic action plan that targets your aspirations.

Your advisor will guide you through your chosen activities, which could include exercise classes, learning new skills, improving your diet, creative pursuits, relaxation technics and connecting with other people, and show you how to access the wealth of resources and information available through the programme.

They’ll be with you every step of the way and offer you regular assessments so you can celebrate your improvements.

Meet your Be Well 360 Advisor at Pemberley Place

Hello there, I’m Elizabeth, your Wellbeing Advisor here at Pemberley Place. My role is to make sure your health and wellbeing needs are being met and to provide support through a variety of services. Alongside running health checks, you can expect to see me running a range of activities on site such as gentle chair yoga, a walking group and many more to suit your interests. My main goal is to make sure you are happy and healthy.
