I started my career initially working as a Care Assistant where I discovered my passion to care for others. Since then I have had a variety of roles within the industry. I am fortunate to have worked in care homes up and down the country and I am very privileged to be working alongside a great team at Mayflower Court. I have witnessed the building grow from just bricks and mortar into a state of the art home and I look forward to meeting future residents. My door will always be open and we will continue to make Mayflower Court a great place to live and work.
My name is Hazel Biro and I am the Home Administrator at Mayflower Court Care Home. I have been working within the care and medical Industry in various roles for many years and have gained a wealth of experience having worked for some of the biggest names in the care sector. In May 2015, after a year off travelling to my bucket list destinations, I happily accepted the position of Home Administrator at Mayflower Court. It is a pleasure to be part of the Anchor Team at Mayflower Court from day one and to watch the home evolve from a building site to a beautiful purpose built care home.
