In the apartments the lounges and bedrooms feature individually controlled underfloor heating, wiring for TV, FM and satellite signals to living room/dining rooms are looped to the master bedroom and the door entry intercom can be easily accessed.
Anti-slip porcelain floor tiles are used in all bathrooms and the two bedroom apartments at Hurst Place also benefit from a step free, easy access ensuite shower room, in addition to the main bathroom.
