We will work with the Birmingham City Council to match tenants to the rented properties at Coles House.
If you are interested in renting a property at Coles House you will need to join the Birmingham City Council housing register called Birmingham Choice once they are available.
Anchor also maintain our own waiting list for the rented properties at Coles House. If you would like to apply to be put on our waiting list you will need to complete an application with our friendly Customer Experience team by making an enquiry.
