The Mount is the state-of-the-art Wellness Centre and Spa at Bishopstoke Park.

With a fully equipped gymnasium, 15 metre indoor swimming pool, spa bath, steam room and sauna and extensive programme of exercise classes, The Mount offers a truly five-star experience whether you are working towards your fitness goals or enjoying being pampered.

A dedicated team of fitness professionals, physiotherapists and wellbeing advisers are here to help you meet your personal goals for healthy living.

We provide gym inductions and can offer bespoke fitness plans and wellbeing advice to help you get the most from your workouts.

Exercise classes

For people who enjoy keeping fit as part of a group we have an extensive programme of bespoke exercise classes for older adults. These classes cover everything from low impact chair based exercises to health circuits and aqua aerobics ensuring there is something suitable for everyone.

Beauty treatments and relaxation

The Mount also offers you a place to feel relaxed and luxuriously pampered. Enjoy the steam room and sauna, some time in the spa bath or simply relax by the pool.

You can make an appointment with Tracy Conde, our hairdresser offering services for both men and women, our Podiatrist Helen Yarney, or treat yourself to one of the many different beauty treatments provided in our salon by Rachel Collins Beauty Treatments, or Reflexology with Penny Smith. 

And after an invigorating session in the swimming pool or gym, there's no better way to wind down than by enjoying a fresh juice or fresh coffee with friends in the comfort of the Zest Juice Bar.

Bishopstoke Park residents and their loved ones

Residents living at Bishopstoke Park retirement village in Eastleigh can enjoy the facilities at The Mount as frequently as they like at no additional charge. 

Guest passes can be purchased by village residents for their friends and family so that they may enjoy the facilities together.

Guest passes cost £3.50 for adults and £2.00 for children under 18 years of age. There is an additional £2.00 towel hire fee should guests wish to use Wellness towels.

Guests of residents must be accompanied when visiting The Mount and children are welcome 1-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays only. Additional hours may be available during school holidays.

Membership for the local community

We also welcome people over the age of 65 living in the local parish of Bishopstoke, who have difficulties with mobility caused by their health, to become members and enjoy our state-of-the-art facilities.

• 6 months Guest Membership - £ 385
