As part of Dementia Action Week, Oulton Manor is inviting residents, relatives and members of the local community to a dementia information evening at the care home.
Led by Vicky and dementia coach Emma, the session will provide practical advice, information and support for anyone affected by dementia, whether personally or through a loved one.
Everyone is welcome and there is no requirement to RSVP. Come along and enjoy cheese and wine.
