Oulton Manor invites you to their Dementia Information Afternoon

Oulton Manor is inviting residents, relatives and members of the local community to a dementia information afternoon at the care home.

Led by a Dementia Coach, the session will offer practical tips for supporting someone living with dementia, helpful advice and guidance, as well as an opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed, friendly environment. 

We look forward to welcoming you and helping build a more dementia-friendly community.

Everyone is welcome and there is no requirement to RSVP.
