Hazel End care home in Bishop's Stortford would like to invite you to an Open Day on Wednesday 26 November from 1.30PM.

During the afternoon you will be able to: 

• Meet the Home Manager and dedicated team
• Tour Hazel End and explore their facilities
• Ask any questions about life in the home
• Enjoy complimentary refreshments throughout the day
• You can also hear from Frailty Nurse Specialist as she explains the ReSPECT form and how her team works in the community to support resident care.

Everyone is welcome and there is no requirement to RSVP.
