How diversity broadens our horizons - Richard's message this Black History Month

Throughout October we will be marking Black History Month by sharing the experiences, views and accomplishments of colleagues and residents across the organisation and celebrating those who are actively involved in activities promoting cultural understanding and diversity.

Richard Kutu Acheampong, location manager for Knight’s Court in Bromley talks about how Black History Month is a great opportunity for us all to take time to consider the importance of diversity, how it broadens our horizons as individuals and makes the world a better place.
