Representatives from the Residents’ Council and the Residents’ Property, Safety and Quality Group will meet with members of our Board.

Residents’ Council 

In the coming weeks, representatives from the Residents’ Council will meet with members of our Board. They’ll be talking about the issues that matter most to residents across our communities. These conversations ensure residents’ lived experience directly shapes decisions at the highest level of the organisation.

Property, Safety and Quality Group

The Residents’ Property, Safety and Quality Group will also be meeting in April. Their focus includes:

• Improvements to the repairs service
• How regional contractors are performing
• Key compliance, health and safety areas such as gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, legionella (water safety), and lift and lifting equipment checks
