Even the little things, like keeping up with technology or feeling a bit lonely during quieter moments, can affect our wellbeing. That’s why this month, we’re focusing on one simple question:

• Maybe you’d like to feel more confident using your phone or tablet.
• Maybe you want to stay active but aren’t sure where to start.
• Or maybe you’re just looking for more chances to connect with others.

Virtual Exercise Classes

Gentle movement is a great way to reduce stress, boost energy and brighten your mood. Join our friendly, all-abilities classes on Microsoft Teams. We offer five sessions every week, so there’s something to suit everyone.

Monthly Quiz Night

A fun, light hearted evening filled with brain teasing questions, laughter, and great company. It’s the perfect way to unwind and meet new people.
