My Mother in Law has been resident in Timken Grange for over 6 months now. During what has been a challenging time for her coming to terms with the loss of her husband of nearly 60 years the help and support of all staff, without exception, has been consistently excellent. The patience, empathy and understanding in evidence at all times is very muc… h appreciated by the family. The care home is well maintained with good staffing levels and always very welcoming during visits.

My mother-in-law has been resident for over 3 years. She has now passed away but over the time she seemed happy and content to be in the care of Timken Grange. Her health deteriorated fairly rapidly and the staff assisted by Marie Curie cared for her and made her passing peaceful and calm for the family members present.

Nan spent nearly 3-and-a-half years at Timken Grange and we could not have asked for better care for her. The staff were caring and patient throughout even when her dementia made her difficult or angry. There were always activities taking place that she was encouraged to be part of and she enjoyed the food and tipple trolley!! Her room was clean an… d cost as were the other areas and I know she enjoyed being in the lounge for the company of others. Thank you to all at Timken Grange for the work you do.

To start your enquiry simply click 'Enquire now' at the top of the page and either call us or complete an online enquiry form.

We know only too well how daunting and emotional the decisions are for everyone when considering care, which is why our team are here to help every step of the way.

We’ll provide you with full details of the home, along with any other information you’d like, such as sample menus and activity schedules, as well as explain how you can arrange a viewing.

Whether you’re looking to stay with us permanently, or for a short break, we’d be delighted to take you on a show round of the home in person. Simply book a visit with the home manager once you’ve made your enquiry.

If you or your loved one doesn’t live nearby or are unable to visit in person we can provide a virtual show round. Either way, we’re keen to show you what daily life is like here and for you to meet our friendly team.

We hope you decide, following your visit, that you or your loved one would like to move into the home, in which case we’ll organise a pre-assessment to make sure we can meet all your care needs.
