In addition to our managers, all our rental properties are supported by Anchor on Call, a 24-hour emergency call telephone alarm system and secure door entry system. Installed in your new home, Anchor on Call will allow you to call for help whenever you need it, whether that be help summoning emergency services assistance, an emergency repair or advice and reassurance.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the manager at Oakwood Court and Anchor for giving my mam the opportunity to live within Oakwood Court at Marton.

There is a big difference in my mam - not just mentally but physically too. Mam has become a person that I've not known before. When I was 4 (I’m now 38) my mam was diagnosed with M.E, and then later with Dystonia, and has suffered so physically with it - never mind the affect it has had on her mental state. We all saw I huge difference in mam as soon as she moved to Oakwood Court and we knew it was the best choice she could have ever been given. Although her conditions haven't changed, mam is able to have a bit more control over how she is with the spasm attacks and sleeping better at long last. For mam to be able to be that bit more independent, make full use of the facilities at Oakwood Court, and speak to people again is just amazing. So much has changed for her and in such a short period of time, which has taken such a weight off my mind. I know mam is so much safer where she lives now and in a more friendly and understanding community. I don’t worry if there is any work being done within her property as everyone involved are very understanding, polite, professional and they give my mam the time she needs to speak when her spasms start. I would recommend Oakwood Court to anyone that has any interest in living in the Middlesbrough area, with shops and community areas very local and even a railway station close by.

Thank you all again for this opportunity, and to the manager at Oakwood Court - you are one in a million! Full praise to you for helping my mam throughout.

I have lived Silverwood Court for 16 years. I have enjoyed my years here living amongst lovely people making cherished friends along the way. Through the years friends have moved on, friends have passed away, but I know whoever moves in it will always be a new chapter in my life getting to know them and enjoying their company. Everybody helps each other and are always there for each other if and when the time arises when they cannot do it for themselves.
