Our retirement properties to rent offer affordable and well-maintained apartments. Your home will be completely self-contained, with your own front door, and equipped with fully-fitted kitchen units. You will have the opportunity to make it your own by changing the décor to suit your personal taste if you choose.

Each rental location is supported by an experienced manager who takes care of building maintenance and gardening and will provide you with information and support when needed. Living with Anchor you will no longer have to worry about day-to-day matters such as external building maintenance, gardening, building insurance or window cleaning, leaving you free to enjoy the things that matter most to you.

In addition to our managers, all our rental properties are supported by Anchor on Call, a 24-hour emergency call telephone alarm system and secure door entry system. Installed in your new home, Anchor on Call will allow you to call for help whenever you need it, whether that be help summoning emergency services assistance, an emergency repair or advice and reassurance.

Also known as retirement housing, sheltered housing and independent living, our housing to rent properties welcomes anyone aged 55 or over whether you're retired or not.

My husband and I have today visited Chell Green Court with a view to my mother in law renting an apartment there. I can only say what a breath of fresh air it was to see such a wonderful place. We were held up at first as the Manager was trying to persuade a resident to go to hospital - how wonderful that a resident’s needs came before a casual visitor. We met quite a few residents, all of whom could not praise the Scheme highly enough. They were all very friendly and welcoming even to the point that one allowed us into her flat so we could judge space and layout for ourselves. The accommodation was really nice, compact but well thought out and totally adequate for an elderly person’s needs. The Manager was lovely, efficient but very caring - the residents clearly thought the world of her. In all, not only are we very happy for my mother in law to go on the waiting list, but are seriously thinking of putting our names down too

I am grateful to Anchor and their staff for providing such a lovely home at Beaumaris Court. I was a resident there for 2 years and only recently moved away to be nearer to my son, otherwise I’d be very happy to still be there. Beaumaris is always spotlessly clean, quiet and friendly. I would like to thank the previous manager Wendy for all her help while she was there. And the current manager Maggie and Housekeeper Julie. Their highly professional attitude towards things was always very reassuring. Thank you Maggie and Julie, for all your hard work, kindness and support, you make Beaumaris Court a truly lovely place to live.

I moved into Beaumaris in June. It has been the best move I could have made. Flats and complex are beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. I feel like I'm on a permanent holiday. Everybody I've met is so friendly and Wendy the manager is a lovely person. Definitely 5 stars from me ?????

I moved into this property in April, 2016, with a firm intention of attending the University of Wolverhampton, for 6 years part time, but took ill over bank holiday and had to leave in June. I found the setting quiet, decent, and friendly. The staff are great! The view from my windows was very much what I wanted, garden, trees, and peace. Sad that my plans had to change so very suddenly. I am now in Scotland, recuperating in friend's home. I recommend Almar Court to you.
